This information concerns those of you whose insurance documents list Coris Assistance as the 24/7 hotline and international assistance service provider. As of April 1, 2025 these services were transferred to Euro-Center (www.euro-center.com). This change has no effect on your rights and obligations under the insurance contract.
The contact phone number indicated in your insurance certificate and member card has not changed, nor have there been any other changes to existing arrangements with the other international assistance companies cooperating with dhig in the areas of international student and private medical (health) insurance.
