How do I register in the app?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your Insurance ID number. Registration takes just a few minutes.
I'm having trouble signing up. What could be the problem?
Please check whether you are using the right Member ID number. It can be a combination of numbers, letters and special characters. Examples: 101/1057/1185/20713, 02111231231, 1112299000.
The confirmation link did not arrive in my inbox.
If you haven't received the confirmation link, follow these steps:
- Check if you used the correct Member ID number
- Check spam folder and empty cache
- Re-do the sign-up process
I cannot click on Claims or Telemedicine on my home screen.
To use both features, you need to accept the Privacy Documentation and Disclaimer. You can find it under the Legal section in the main menu, or accept during the login process after accepting the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will affect app functionality.
Is my account information secure?
Yes, your data is private, will not be shared, and is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements.
